COVID19 is the most impactful pandemic of recent times worldwide. It a highly infectious disease that caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2 virus), To date there specific drug nor vaccination against COVID19. Therefor need for novel and pioneering anti-COVID19 paramount importance. In this direction, computer-aided design constitutes very promising antiviral approach discovery analysis drugs molecules with biological activity SARS-CoV2. silico modelling takes advantage massive amounts chemical data available on nature interactions between targeted systems molecules, as well rapid progress computational tools software. Herein, we describe potential merging mathematical modelling, artificial intelligence learning techniques into seamless pipelines efficient potent anti- SARS-CoV-2 modulators.
